NO REALLY IT WAS A HATBOX COVERED IN PECANS.

SO this was probably my best received costume at Sakura Con '08 - the one, the only...GlaDOS!

This was my very own design for a humanoid GlaDOS. The costume was put together a week or two before the Con. <3 I was actually very pleased with the way it turned out!

The apron was screen-printed. It's a little hard to read, but it says

"Aperture Science
We do what we must - BECAUSE WE CAN."

There's also a 'cake logo' on the pocket. XD

Good times, good times. Bringing this back next year...with some more fine-tuning. The headband was a liiiiiittle bit precarious. At one point, the red orb fell off, to which I had to say:

"Time out for a second. That wasn't supposed to happen. Do you see that thing that fell out of me? What is that...?" XDDD

This is amazing!!
This is actually close to what i thought a humanoid GLaDoS would look like--I dont really think she'd look like the vocaloid Miku w/ all white clothes and hair(but thats what most of the fanart i see of a "human" Glados.
